- King Oyster Mushrooms (Eryngii Mushrooms)
- Olive oil
- Rosemary, chopped (Dried or fresh)
- Salt and Pepper
- Preheat oven at 180 degC (360 degF).
- If the mushrooms are big, chopped into small pieces. Otherwise leave it.
- Drizzle oil on the mushrooms.
- Add chopped rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Toss everything to mix well.
- Bake for around 20 mins or until they shrunk and emitted juice.
- Serve while it’s hot!
